motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR), eager and
excited about a fulfilling and meaningful career in sales. The
ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with high EQ and the
ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within
accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities through
targeted outbound prospects and consistently help build the
pipeline for the team. As the first line of communication with our
future customers, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the
sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new
relationships, and setting up the sales team for success. The role:
Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound
prospecting Run high-volume outbound cold outreaches to identify
qualified opportunities and secure meetings Represent the company's
products and services to potential customer Learn about and
document our target audiences' challenges and understand their pain
points Required skills and qualifications: One (1) or more years of
experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding
targets/quotas You are a hunter and are passionate, assertive, and
confident with a never quit / get-it-done attitude You are thrilled
about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of
others Strong communication skills via phone and email Proven,
creative problem-solving skills Strong desire and ability to move
up within a sales organization Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM and email tools a plus
