Account Manager to drive new business, expand the current book, and
lead meaningful coverage conversations that turn into closed
policies. This is a production-focused role designed for a
competitive, goal-oriented professional who thrives on prospecting,
cross-selling, and closing. You will work warm leads, generate
outbound opportunities, conduct policy reviews, and convert
conversations into revenue. Service matters but growth is the

through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up Conduct
thorough policy reviews and uncover cross-sell opportunities Quote,
present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale Strengthen
client relationships to increase retention and referrals Track
pipeline activity and production metrics Collaborate with team
members to exceed office sales goals Pennsylvania Licensing
Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license
required prior to starting If not currently licensed, PA P&C
must be obtained before Day 1 Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health
license must be obtained within 45 days of hire Full licensing
