to grow, we are seeking a driven, polished, and
performance-oriented Membership Sales Associate to expand our
membership community and personal training programs. This role is
ideal for a confident sales professional who thrives in a
commission-driven environment and enjoys building meaningful client
relationships. Your Mission Take ownership of the full membership
sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing premium
memberships and personal training packages while delivering an
exceptional first impression of the VIBE Fitness experience. What
You Will Do Convert Prospects into Members: Engage leads through
phone, email, and in-person consultations, using thoughtful
follow-up and relationship-based selling to close high-quality
memberships and training packages. Drive Revenue Performance:
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a
commission-based environment with strong earning potential.
Generate New Business Opportunities: Execute proactive outreach
strategies including referrals, partnerships, local events, and
ongoing lead nurturing. Deliver Elevated Club Tours: Present the
VIBE Fitness experience with confidence, energy, and
professionalism, educating, inspiring, and motivating prospective
members. Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Track prospects and activity
using CRM software, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate
disciplined follow-up practices. Collaborate While Competing: Work
closely with the fitness and leadership teams to align offerings
and campaigns, while maintaining a competitive edge and personal
accountability. Stay Informed & Sharp: Remain current on industry
trends, competitive offerings, and effective sales strategies
through ongoing learning and professional development. What You
Bring Proven success in quota-based or commission-driven sales,
preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or other high-touch
sales environments. A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a
natural drive to close, grow, and outperform expectations. Strong
presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, you know how
to listen, connect, and confidently guide the conversation.
Experience using CRM systems and strong organizational habits.
Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet client demand. A
passion for fitness and wellness is a plus; sales performance and
professionalism are essential. What You’re All About Assertive,

pressure. Creative and strategic in attracting new members and
generating interest. At least one year of experience in a
commission-based or goal-oriented sales role. Health and fitness
