multiple myeloma. Legend Biotech is seeking a Technical & Pipeline
Development Intern as part of the Research & Early Development team
based in Somerset, NJ . Role Overview The Technical and Pipeline
Development Intern will support laboratory experiments related to
lentiviral vector development and immune cell transduction. This
role involves hands-on bench work and data analysis, contributing
to innovative cellular therapy projects. Key Responsibilities
Perform plasmid transfection and lentivirus packaging. Conduct
physical and functional titration of lentivirus. Execute lentivirus
transduction of PBMCs or other cell types. Perform flow cytometry
assays to assess transduction efficiency. Analyze and interpret
experimental data; present results to manager and team.
Requirements College student with coursework in cell biology or
immunology. Interest in cellular therapy and new technologies.
Ability to commit to lab bench work (70%) and desk work (30%).
Familiarity with cell culture, virus packaging, ELISA, and flow
cytometry preferred. Desired Academic Grade Level: Senior; Graduate
Student Preferred Majors: Cell Biology, Immunobiology,
Biochemistry, Bioengineering Skills You’ll Gain Cell culture and
transfection techniques. Lentivirus packaging and titration. Flow
cytometry and data analysis using FlowJo and GraphPad. Li-JR1
