Job Description:
About Us: We’re a team of compassionate professionals offering
specialized ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. Our
goal is to help children and families achieve meaningful progress
through individualized support. Position Overview: We’re seeking a
BCBA to create customized behavior programs, supervise technicians,
and collaborate with families for impactful results.
Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and create behavior plans.
• Monitor progress and refine interventions as needed. • Train and
mentor behavior technicians. • Work with families to align goals
with daily routines. • Maintain detailed records. Requirements: •
BCBA certification. • Master’s degree in a relevant field. • Strong
organizational skills. Compensation: $100/hr. We welcome candidates
