Selden for my father in his late 80s. Has full faculties, no
alzheimers, etc. Medication management is required. We would prefer
someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with
bathing and dressing. Additional responsibilities include meal
preparation. He might ask you to run errands now and then.
Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. His rehab facility
is recommending he has someone at the house a few hours each day to
assist with bathing/toileting, dressing and light housekeeping,
maybe some grocery shopping. The hours can be split up. A few hours
in the morning, few hours afternoon/evening if that works for your
schedule.
